RWFC is a commercial law practice with an office in the City of London and another in Walthamstow in East London, where the 2012 Olympics  will take place. It has a number of international connections in the USA, Russia, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Africa. It is believed to be the first law firm in the United Kingdom to change to LLP status.

Corporate and commercial work encompasses company sales, mergers  and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, insurance, employment and sometimes litigation.

PROPERTY

Property work includes development, landlord & tenant, investment, construction, secured lending state sector financed purchases, and portfolio transactions, or it can be part of a company acquisition. 

Walthamstow deals with high volume property and conveyancing work and is one of East London's largest conveyancing practices. It is also one of the leaders in dealing with Housing Association work.

LITIGATION

Litigation - dealing with disputes between persons or entities. These tend to revolve around contractual issues. However we are also specialised in dealing with building disputes, negligence , party wall matters and probate disputes

EMPLOYMENT.

Either as part of an acquisition, for employers who need advice as to how to go about reducing their workforce,  or for individuals who need to deal with severance and compromise agreements with their employers.
